Do you take insurance?

We do not accept insurance as it requires assigning a mental health diagnosis, which may not align with our focus on relationship and transformational work. If you have a prior diagnosis, we will respect that and address it. We’ll ensure you understand the costs involved before your first session. alteration in that some form by injected.

How much does therapy cost?

Therapy is an investment in your well-being. Our rates vary by service and professional, reflecting the value and time we provide. Please check our pricing on the pricing page for detailed information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please notify me 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Unless you give me 48 hours' notice, and without exception, missed or canceled appointments will incur the usual charge of 50% of the cost of the scheduled session.

Can you see me and my partner separately?

Typically, therapy is for couples as a unit. Individual sessions may be included if beneficial and agreed upon. If ongoing individual work is needed, we can refer you to another therapist or offer internal referrals." alteration in that some form by injected.

How often should I/we come for sessions?

Once psychotherapy is initiated, we will decide on a regular schedule of meetings, usually at least one session a week. You may discontinue therapy at any time, though I strongly encourage you to discuss it with me first. I can provide you with referrals to other therapists if that seems needed. It should never be longer than 2 weeks before you schedule an appointment with me.
